De Novo Delights
Welcome to Pat’s Cakes & Catering. For over 30 years we have custom-designed cakes, making them beautiful “Inside and Out.” Our cakes and frostings are made from scratch the old-fashioned way. We use pure vanilla and other fine ingredients to create these elegant wedding cakes, groom cakes, specialty cakes, and old-fashioned butter pound cakes.

Our crêpes are always made directly in front of the customer, affording a close up and mesmerizing perspective of the choreographed spinning, filling, and folding. We proudly feature an extensive crêpe menu with both traditional street vendor crêpes as well as the more elaborate combinations found in the crêperies including ice cream and flambèes.
Green City Catering & My Chef by Request
The foods that we choose for each meal are based on the rules of eating 40% Carbohydrate, 30% Lean Protein, and 30% favorable fat (or eating 40/30/30). Within those categories we focus on foods that are low on the Glycemic Index and/or have an overall low Glycemic Load. In addition by using only fresh, all natural ingredients we cut out all chemical preservatives and added sodium which lead to hypertension, high blood pressure and increased risk of heart attack and stroke.

A nutritious hot lunch served family style that follows the dietary guidelines for preschool aged children is delivered to your preschool. Our menu is kid friendly and guarantees your students will participate in a fulfilling lunch experience.

Stuffed cakes are small cakes stuffed with flavor. The largest size cake we make is 8″ wide all the way down to mini-cupcakes. We specialize in stuffing cakes with anything from caramel sauce to candies and fruit. We work with your theme and ideas to create the perfect cake(s).
